As a former personal trainer, I saw the same struggles over and over again. People worked hard in the gym but didn’t see results because their nutrition was all over the place. They weren’t failing because they lacked willpower. They were failing because they didn’t have the right plan or worse, they were following the wrong one.

I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to just give advice. I wanted to create a real solution, one that made healthy eating simple, sustainable, and most importantly, delicious. So, in 2006, I started cooking meals out of my own kitchen and selling them to clients. Nothing fancy, just real food, balanced portions, and flavors that made eating healthy something to look forward to instead of a chore.

It didn’t take long before word spread. People weren’t just eating better, they were feeling better. That’s when I knew this was bigger than just meal prep. It was about giving people back their freedom. Freedom from dieting, from confusion, from feeling like eating healthy was impossible.

But I didn’t build this alone. MyFitFoods is what it is today because of the incredible team behind it. From our chefs who pour their passion into every meal, to our nutrition coaches who take the time to listen and guide, to our in-store teams who make sure you feel welcome every time you walk through the door—this isn’t just a company, it’s a family. A family that cares about helping you succeed.

At MyFitFoods, we don’t believe in magic pills, fad diets, or quick fixes. We believe in real food and real results. Every meal is designed with a purpose—balanced proteins, healthy fats, and smart carbs that keep you full, fueled, and feeling good.

But more than that, we believe in support. Changing the way you eat isn’t just about the food, it’s about having a team that’s got your back. That’s why we go beyond just selling meals. We offer accountability, guidance, and coaching. Because we know that when you’ve got someone in your corner, cheering you on, you’re far more likely to succeed.
